We’re a husband and wife team built on family, craft, and an obsession with getting every detail right.

 Jeremy, a structural engineer turned licensed builder, and Julie, a design professional with over 20 years of experience, built this company alongside Julie’s mother, Ellie – a creative partnership that shaped an eye for beauty, function, and the way people truly live in their homes. 

What began as a family passion has grown into a way of life: a luxury, turn-key remodeling company that handles everything. Start to finish. 

We believe function and beauty are two sides of the same coin. Every space we design is delivered as a fully realized, furnished composition – the perfectly scaled sofa, a color story that flows effortlessly from room to room, every element thoughtfully considered and purposefully placed. 

Where most design and build teams stop, we’re just getting started. From complete renovations to smaller transformations, we manage every last detail – from roofing and windows to sofas and throw pillows. True turn-key means you shouldn’t have to stress about a thing. And we take that seriously. Before a need occurs, we’ve already planned for it.

The most beautiful spaces reflect a life well-lived. Well-curated doesn’t mean every element is ‘new’ – nor should it be.
